Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time during or after the trial.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
A client site is any unique domain or subdomain where you've installed the Copysplit pixel. For example, clienta.com and clientb.com count as two separate sites.
Yes — switching to annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you toggle to annual billing during checkout.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this time you can reactivate your account and regain full access. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
We don't currently offer a formal reseller programme, but our Agency and Scale plans are designed specifically for agencies managing multiple client sites. Contact us if you're managing more than 25 sites and we'll discuss custom pricing.
